The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
Sept. 30
Vator L. Harvey, 56, of the 300 block of Penal Farm Rd., Sibley, was arrested by MPD for 2 outstanding bench warrants.
Louis Carroll NewJr. 54, of the 300 block of Moss Point Rd., Heflin, was arrested by WPSO for disturbing the peace.
Henry Lee Kemp, 49, of the 800 block of Rebecca St., Minden, was arrested by WPSO on an active warrant.
Oct. 1
Virginia Gail Gaspard, 50, of the 5100 block of Dorcheat Rd., Minden, was arrested by Minden Police for possession of methamphetamine, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and improper signal.
Ralph G. Smith, 41, of the 500 block of4th St., SE, Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for simple burglary.
Oct. 2
LaTavion Seamster, 29, of the 1200 block of Mason St., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for an active warrant for failure to appear.
Kevin Derrel Grigsby, 44, of the 100 block of William Brown, Sibley, was arrested by WPSO for contempt of court, aggravated assault with a firearm and felony carrying of a weapon.
Jayden Avery Trotter, 19, of the 900 block of Louisiana Ave., Minden, was arrested by MPD for trespassing and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Oct. 3
Mark A. Myles, 34, of the 300 block of SE Second St., Sibley, was arrested by WPSO on an outstanding warrant for possession of a firearm by a felon.
