Minden Medical Center will join an estimated 100,000 seniors across the country to help promote active, healthy lifestyles through physical fitness, good nutrition and preventive care. This health fair expo is a wonderful opportunity for seniors to make, renew, and revitalize their commitment to live healthier lives through better health and fitness. There will be a variety of healthcare resources to provide education on healthcare services in our community. 

National Senior Health & Fitness Day will be held at the Minden Rec Center located at 1001 Recreation Dr. from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.  Wednesday, May 29. 

Coffee and Donuts will be provided by Webster Parish Council on Aging; Lunch will be provided by Town & Country Health & Rehab; and Bingo will be provided by Meadowview Health & Rehab.
