Registration forms are available online at http://www.mindenmedicalcenter.com at the bottom of home page or at Minden Medical Center Business Office 346 Homer Road. Early registration $30 and after April 25 it is $35. Students are $25. Registration guarantees your t-shirt for event. Proceeds from race will go to Kidney Foundation.
