Glenbrook’s baseball playoff hopes end

Glenbrook saw its trip through the LHSAA state baseball playoffs come to an end Tuesday, dropping a 7-2 decision to Ouachita Christian.

Karson Trichel earned the win for the Eagles, going the full seven innings, giving up eight hits and striking out nine. Easton Sanders suffered the loss, allowing five hits and only three earned runs over six and two-thirds innings.

Dawson Day and Sanders each collected two hits for the Apaches, and Preston Frye and Seth Mangrum each drove in one run.

William Raymond led Ouachita Christian with three hits and three RBI.
