• the 300 – 900 blocks of South Talton Street;
• the 200 block of Peach Alley;
• the 600 block of Peach Street;
• the 700 block of Murdock Street;
• the 600 block of Martin Luther King Drive; and
• the 100 block of Talton Gardens Street.
