The rural town of Cotton Valley showcased its Christmas spirit with a downtown parade on Saturday, Dec. 20. Participants and onlookers celebrated the upcoming holiday with cheer, featuring floats highlighting Jesus, red tractors, Santa hats, and plenty of smiles and waves.
