The Greater Minden Chamber of Commerce, along with Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College (NLTCC), City of Minden and Louisiana Workforce Commission are joining forces to put people to work.
Professionals of many level and fields will have booths set up from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 at NLTCC on the service road near Hwy. 531.
Chamber President Jana Morgan said there has been a good response from participating businesses and companies.
“There is a large variety of companies – retail, medical, law enforcement – and we have 15 confirmed and two possibilities,” Morgan said. “Some companies will be interviewing, so applicants should come to the fair dressed to apply and possibly interview.”
Parking will be in the rear of the college. Masks are mandatory.
