Pitman named Glenbrook Homecoming Queen

Emma Pitman has been selected as the 2021-2022 Homecoming Queen for Glenbrook School.

“Homecoming week is finally here,” the Queen and Glenbrook student council president told The Journal. “I am very excited and honored that the Apache student body elected me not only as their Student Council President but also as their 2021 Homecoming Queen. Glenbrook School has been my home away from home for thirteen years. I have made many memories, and homecoming is always one of my favorites.”

Emma is the daughter of Keith and Stephanie Pitman. Her career at Glenbrook includes: National Honor Society, Student Council President, 2021 Apache Princess, Varsity Cheer Captain, All MAIS Honors in cross country, track, and softball, Member of 2019 Softball Championship Team, Member of 2021 Cross Country and Track Championship Team, 2019 and 2020 MAIS Class 2A Cross Country State Champion.

On Friday, the pre-game introduction of this year’s queen and her court will take place beginning at 6:30 p.m. Kick off time has been set for 7 p.m. for the game against Plain Dealing.
