Guest speaker for our November 18 Minden Lions Club meeting will be businessman Ronnie Dees. Ronnie, age 59, is a lifelong resident of Springhill and a 1980 graduate of Springhill High School. He went on to attend NWLA Vo-Tech, joining the workforce as a welder and, soon after, moving up the ranks as a construction supervisor.
In 1998 Ronnie and his brother, Mike, formed 3D Contracting, Corp. headquartered in Taylor, Ark. In 2006 he became the sole owner and in 2019 purchased Bossier City Harley-Davidson (now 3-State Harley-Davidson). Ronnie is an avid motorcycle and car collector.
Ronnie and his wife of 33 years, the former Barbara Eason, have one son (Daniel Barnard), two granddaughters (Katelyn and Jillian Barnard), and one great-grandson (Jackson Allen). They are proud to call Springhill their home.
Ronnie will be introduced by Lion Rep. Wayne McMahen.
