Jeremy Shaver, 40, of Cotton Valley, was arrested by Webster Parish Sheriff’s deputies on a cruelty to juvenile warrant.

Shondace A. Kemp, 29, of Ringgold was arrested by WPSO on warrants for forgery and obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.

James R. Gibson, 43, of the 200 block of Rice Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for felony theft.

Jeremy Clark, 28, of the 600 block of Constable St., Minden, was arrested by WPSO on an outstanding felony warrant.

James L. Barrower, 51, of Sherwood Lane, Springhill, was arrested by WPSO on an active warrant for criminal neglect of family.
