Time to lose that hour of sleep with Daylight Saving Time

After gaining an hour of sleep in the fall, Sunday, March 13 at 2 a.m., clocks are turned forward 1 hour to 3 a.m. as we Spring Forward into Daylight Saving Time.

Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour later on March 13 than the day before. There will be more light in the evening.

Also called Spring Forward, Summer Time and Daylight Savings Time.
