Students to face diverse panel at Lions Club

The Minden Lions Club is doing something special this Thursday. Fifteen students from the Youth Leadership Webster Program will be in attendance at the noon club meeting. A panel of six Lions will be interviewed by the students on topics such as college and career paths, military service, community involvement, successes, failures and decisions that have defined who they are as businessmen and leaders. What better takeaway for the future leaders of our communities than to hear from the current and former business leaders of our communities! Plus, Lions can get to know our fellow Lions even better.

Panelists include:

Paul Kitchens: Senior Partner/Attorney, Kitchens Law

Robbie Hayden: Patrol Captain, Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office

Joe Morgan: Owner, Morgan Plumbing

Tommy Davis: Retired Businessman and Former Minden Mayor

Carleton Prothro: Retired Educator and Former U.S. Army Aviator

Reed McLendon: Agent, Louisiana Farm Bureau Insurance

Lions: You don’t want to miss it!
