The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
May 4
David LeBaron, 65, of the 900 block of Victory Dr., Minden, was arrested by MPD for hit and run and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
May 6
Richard Phillip Packard II, 32, of La. Hwy 164, Doyline, was arrested by WPSO for driving while intoxicated (first offense), open container, improper lane usage and resisting by force.
May 7
Arielle Johnson Gathright, 23, of the 1200 block of Miller Rd., Minden,, was arrested by WPSO for speeding, driving under suspension, possession of Ecstasy and flight from an officer.
Standley Hawkins, 35,, of the 400 block of Clerk St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on 2 outstanding warrants.
Jimmy R. Lee, 46, of the 700 block of Peach St., Minden, was arrested by MPD for aggravated battery, aggravated criminal damage to property and domestic abuse battery.
May 8
Colton Rhodes, 51, of the 4400 block of Camp Joy Rd., Doyline, was arrested by WPSO for fourth offense domestic abuse battery with child endangerment and possession of methamphetamine.
