It was a tough night for North Webster.
The Knights traveled to North Caddo for a matchup with the Rebels and took one on the chin, falling 40-18.
The score was surprising considering the game was tied 12-12 at halftime.
The Knights stalled out offensively to open the third quarter and the Rebels got going behind Nebraska commit Omarion Miller who torched the North Webster defense all night.
North Webster got two rushing touchdowns from senior athlete Cooper Sanders in the first half and Braedon Robertson rushed for the other Knights touchdown late in fourth quarter action.
The Knights now sit in an unfamiliar position at 0-2 heading into next week’s Webster Parish matchup with the Minden Crimson Tide.
Minden (0-2) fell to Homer in week two action.
