Humphries wins SWCD scholarship

Each year the Dorcheat Soil and Water Conservation District presents a $500 scholarship to a deserving senior from Webster Parish/Dorcheat SWCD.  

The 2022 scholarship winner is Connor Flynn Humphries, a 2022 graduate of Minden High School.
