The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

Oct. 10

Jeffrey B. Neal, 59, of Shreveport, was arrested by WPSO for trespassing, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and resisting arrest.

Kristy Bradley, 42, of Doyline, was arrested by WPSO for criminal neglect.

Oct. 11

Frankie D. Wright, 35, of Shreveport, was arrested by WPSO for contempt of court.

Misty Henderson, 34, of Shreveport, was arrested by WPSO for simple escape.
