“Every day in the United States, 22 veterans succumb to suicide — losing their personal battle to invisible wounds of war,” she said. 

 

Chandler is inviting the community to walk to honor our veterans. She wants everyone to meet Friday morning at 8 a.m. in the parking lot across from Roma in downtown Minden. 

 

“I will walk 2.2 miles through the streets of downtown,” she said. “Please come If you want to join just for a block or the whole thing. Or just for the prayer before we start.”
