Ray Huddleston to serve second year as Chairman of the Board for Springhill Medical Center

Springhill Medical Center CEO Pete Johnson has announced that Ray Huddleston was elected to serve a second term as Chairman of the Springhill Medical Center Board of Directors.  

According to Mr. Johnson, during Mr. Huddleston’s first year as Chairman of the Board, the hospital was able to remodel the Doctors Clinic, add new imaging technology to the clinic, purchase a state-of-the-art 3D Mammogram Machine, and secure funding to expand and remodel the Emergency Room at the hospital.  Johnson went on to say that it is evident to all how much Huddleston cares about the hospital and that he wants to see it continue to grow and stay on the cutting edge of technology.    

“Our hospital is a vital part of Springhill.” Huddleston said, adding, “Keeping the hospital up to date in technology and services is one of my highest priorities as Chairman of the Board.  I am truly honored and humbled to have been elected to serve a second year as Chairman.”    

Johnson said he looked forward to working another year with Huddleston and appreciated his commitment to serve the hospital and community.
