Tablescapes will be one of the tour stops at the Jonquil Jubilee line-up this year at the Gibsland United Methodist Church.

Local table-top designers will feature a tribute to daffodils throughout numerous themed presentations.

The featured artist for Tablescapes will be Loretta Shadow Owens of Ruston, La. Loretta began painting at the age of 40.    The award-winning artist has been featured in art exhibits and one-woman shows.  Upcoming works may be viewed in September 2023 in a museum show in El Dorado, Arkansas.

The Louisiana Tech and University of Tennessee graduate has been a Louisiana Cooperative Extension Agent, Ruston business woman and active community leader. She is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and serves as a Lay Speaker on occasion at Gibsland and Oak Grove Methodist Churches.
