Kathy Cropper, owner of Red Blooms Floral Designs and Events, made floral arrangements to distribute specifically to Savannah Court of Minden and Town & Country Health and Rehab in celebration of Valentine’s Day.

With a goal of 100 arrangements, businesses and citizens were asked to donate $20 to sponsor a senior citizen with an arrangement. Cropper said the business exceeded that number with $125 arrangements.

Helping Cropper and her crew unload flowers were Sheriff Jason Parker, former Police Chief Steve Cropper, Mayor Nick Cox and Town and Country staff. T&C Activity Director Leatrice Lee presented a bouquet to resident James Clark.
