The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

March 14

George Eugene Eiland Jr., 60, of Amanda Lane, Haughton, was arrested by Cotton Valley Police as a fugitive from Caddo Parish and for speeding.

Christopher Kyle Carter, 44, of the 1400 block of Stuckey Rd., Dubberly, was arrested by WPSO for domestic abuse with child endangerment.

Shawn Matthew Dowling, 30, of Doyline, was arrested by WPSO for simple battery.
