The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

March 29

Norman West, 58, of the 1300 block of Sheppard St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on warrants for possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, Ecstasy and cocaine with intent to distribute; distribution of crack cocaine and methamphetamine and possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance.

March 30

James Robert Andrews II, 38, of the 500 block of Bistineau Church Rd., Heflin, was arrested by WPSO for 3 counts of simple criminal damage to property, 2 counts of criminal trespassing, 1 count of flight from an officer, possession of Clonazepan, introduction of a controlled dangerous substance into a penal facility and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Demetrius Dontez Ford, 33, of the 100 block of Oak St., Huttig, Ark., ws arrested by LSP-G in Webster Parish for possession of marijuana, improper lane usage and speeding.

Treshun Wiliams, 26, of the 200 block of Olin Ave., Huttig, Ark., was arrested by LSP-G in Webster Parish for possession of marijuana.

Brian Keith Murry, 52, of the 400 block of Fincher Rd., Minden, was arrested by MPD for possession of methamphetamine.

April 1

Nicholas James Wright, 35, of the 200 block of Ridge Lane, Doyline, was arrested by WPSO for domestic abuse battery with child endangerment and an active warrant.

April 2

Joseph Fullwood, 41, of the 700 block of Yale St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on a bench warrant for failure to appear (in court).
