Lakeside Junior Varsity Warriors watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in an 11-4 loss to Calvary Wednesday.  Calvary scored on a home run by #21 and a passed ball during #3’s at bat in the first inning.

The Lakeside Junior Varsity Warriors struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Calvary, giving up 11 runs.

In the first inning, Calvary got their offense started.  #21 hit a solo homer.

Calvary scored five runs in the second inning.  #9 and #21 all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.

#9 was in the pitcher’s circle for Calvary. The fireballer lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing six hits and four runs while striking out three.

Paiton Levesque was on the rubber for Lakeside Junior Varsity Warriors. The hurler lasted one and two-thirds innings, allowing six hits and 11 runs.

McKenzie Hamiter led Lakeside Junior Varsity Warriors with two hits in two at bats.

Calvary tallied six hits.  #6 and #21 all managed multiple hits for Calvary.  Calvary didn’t commit a single error in the field. #3 had the most chances in the field with four.
