The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

April 10

Cedric Dewayne Taylor, 36, of the 500 block of Art Camp Rd., Heflin, was arrested by WPSO on two counts of simple assault and one for theft.

April 11

Justin Spears, 34, of Minden, was arrested by WPSO for contempt of court, driving in wrong lane and no driver’s license.

Gavin Michael Green, 22, of the 200 block of Goodwill Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO on warrants for domestic abuse battery and simple criminal damage to property.

Krissy G. Bradley, 42, of Camp Bistineau Rd., Heflin, was arrested by Probation and Parole for a probation violation.

Eli Roland Bright, 41, of the 200 block of Church St., Sarepta, was arrested by Sarepta Police on an active warrant.

Karlysia Misha Lougin, 19, of Douglas St., Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Kendrick L. Dudley, 37, of Goodwill St., Minden, was arrested by MPD for window tint, no insurance, driving under suspension, resisting an officer by name, possession of a firearm with obliterated serial numbers and illegal carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon.

April 12

Kendrick Dudley, 37, of the 600 block of Goodwill St., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for failure to appear in court.

Torry Capers, 30, of the 300 block of Weston St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on an active bench warrant for failure to appear.
