The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
Sept. 7
Angelstarr C. Johnson, 36, no address given, was arrested by WPSO and Dixie Inn Police for possession of methamphetamine, possession of gabapentin, simple burglary, drug paraphernalia (needs and smoking device) and as a fugitive from Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua M. Shipp, 31, of the 700 block of Almond Cir., Minden, was arrested by MPD for possession of Suboxone.
Robert Lawrence, 23, of the 1300 block of S. Arkansas, Springhill, was arrested for a parole violation.
Lawrence Adler, 20, of Reynolds St., Cullen, was arrested by Cullen Police on a warrant for resisting by flight.
Lawrence Kagler, 21, of the 100 block of Moore St., Springhill, was arrested for a probation violation.
Gramm E. Baker, 33, of Carrollton, Texas, was arrested by MPD for driving while intoxicated.
Kevin B. Hubbard, 39, of 7th St. SE, Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for second degree battery with false imprisonment.
Sept. 8
Derick D. Nelson, 50, of Oaktree Lane, Minden, was arrested by WPSO for domestic abuse batter with child endangerment.
Colton Wallace, 23, of the 300 block of S. Long St., Taylor, Ark., was arrested by WPSO for simple battery and aggravated assault with a firearm.
Todd Whitman, 54, of the 500 block of Coleman Rd., Homer, was arrested by WPSO as a fugitive from Bossier City.
Sept. 9
Larry Farrington, 43, of the 100 block of Farrington Rd., Shongaloo, was arrested by WPSO for second offense violation of protective order.
Kaleb Bernard, 28, of the 1200 block of Highway 159, Shongaloo, was arrested by WPSO with four active warrants. Bernard was transported to Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
Michael Sanders, 47, of the 300 block of Methodist Camp Rd., Minden, was arrested by the WPSO for no taillights, improper lane usage, driving under suspension and third offense D.W.I.
James Thornton, 58, of the 200 block of Wiley Webb Rd., Minden, was arrested by LSP for hit and run, vehicle negligence with injury, careless operating, no seat belt and first offense D.W.I.
Sept. 10
Randall Lary, 42, of the 100 block of Hollow Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for domestic abuse battery, possession of Schedule II and theft of a firearm.
