The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

Sept. 15

Scott Brady Magnum, 47, of the 100 block of Noles Landing, Sibley, was arrested by WPSO for 2 counts of simple assault.

Sept. 18

Cassie M. Guillory, 36, of the 100 block of E. School Ave., Waskom, Texas, was arrested by MPD for disturbing the peace (screaming obscenities) and damage to property (damaging holding cell, rendering it unusable).
