The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

Oct. 30

Christopher U. Cooksey, 26, of the 21000 block of Hwy. 371, Cotton Valley, was arrested by WPSO on active warrants for no license plate light and driving under suspension.

Zaivion Sheppard, 19, of the 300 block of Willis Rd., Sibley, ws arrested by WPSO for criminal trespass, simple battery and resisting an officer.

Richard B. McDivitt, 39, of the 600 block of Evans St., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for a probation violation.

Oct. 31

Stephanie Ann Keeton, 32, of the 1000 block of College St., Doyline, was arrested for parole violations.
