The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
Oct. 30
Steven Nipper, 42, of the 100 block of Robertson Dr., Minden, was arrested by MPD on a bench warrant.
Oct. 31
Malik Taylor, 21, of the 2800 block of Crown St., Shreveport, was arrested by WPSO for theft of a motor vehicle in Webster Parish.
Tommy Nolan, 53, of the 700 block of Moore St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on an active warrant for simple assault.
Kenney Dewayne Smith, 54, of the 800 block of Shiloh Rd., Doyline, was arrested by Cotton Valley Police on a fugitive warrant through WPSO.
