The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
Nov. 7
Zane Miller of Minden was arrested by the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office for two counts of failure to appear.
Nov. 8
Matthew Wayne Decalogue, 43, of Curry St., Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for monetary instrument abuse (passing fake checks) and possession of crystal methamphetamine.
Mark Doyle, 43, of the 1700 block of Harveys Barbershop Rd., Sibley, was arrested by MPD on 2 active bench warrants. And fugitive warrants from Bienville, Caddo, Bossier and four from Webster.
Nov. 9
Jon Matthew Simmons, 46, of the 100 block of Brushwood Acres, Minden, was arrested by MPD for felony theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
Maurico DeSean Murphy, 34, of the 2500 block of Old Arcadia Rd., Minden, was arrested by MPD on 6 active warrants for failing to appear in court.
Nov. 10
Alton Bruce Cravens, 44, of the 400 block of Sand Plant Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO on a warrant from Dallas, Texas for second degree kidnapping and felony theft.
Bridgette Potter Watson, 45, of the 100 block of Southfield Park, Minden, was arrested by Dixie Inn Police for simple burglary.
Mindy C. Small, 40, of the 1300 block of Sheppard St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on two active bench warrants for failing to appear in court.
Jayson Allyn Bigger, 29, of the 7000 block of Iron St., Shreveport, was arrested by MPD for aggravated flight from an officer, possession of heroin, speeding, no license, possession of drug paraphernalia and fugitive from Salina Police in Texas.
Nov. 11
Shantung Cherana Wheeler, 33, of the 500 block of Babb Circle, Minden, was arrested by MPD for interfering with an investigation and resisting by force.
Fabian Agraciouse Wheeler, 36, of the 500 block of Babb Circle, Minden, was arrested by MPD for resisting with force or violence (2 counts) and interfering with a law enforcement investigation.
Nicholas Elton Griffin, 42, of the 17000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett, Ala., was arrested by MPD for driving while intoxicated, open container and improper lane usage.
Nov. 12
Yvonne Turner, 40, of the 200 block of Pecanview, Minden, was arrested by WPSO for driving while intoxicated and open container.
James Alvin Compton, 61, of the 200 block of Coker Rd., Benton, was arrested by Springhill Police for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, a warrant for operating a vehicle while license was suspended warrant for switched plates and warrant for no insurance.
