The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
Nov. 27
Todd Butler, 44, of Minden, was arrested by the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with maximum speed limit and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no license issued.
Nov. 29
Dekeitrias Kennen, 34, of the 100 block of Magnolia, Minden, was arrested by WPSO on failure to appear warrants for no seat belt and child support.
Frederick Mendenhall, 39, of the 100 block of Curtis St., Cullen, was arrested by WPSO on two warrants for molestation of a juvenile.
Spencer Turner Askew, 23, of the 200 block of Dennis St., Cotton Valley, was arrested by WPSO for driving while intoxicated, open container and for a suspended license due to driving while intoxicated.
Jocelyn Ann Abroms, 29, of Shreveport, was arrested by Cullen Police for possession of hydrocodone, illegal carrying of a weapon (380 pistol), driving under suspension and speeding – 61 in a 45 mph zone.
Thomas Lee Bolt, 64, of the 1300 block of 4th Street SE, Springhill, was arrested by WPSO on active warrants for theft and simple criminal damage to property.
Nov. 30
Rex Allen Sanders Jr., 39, of the 1200 block of Bistineau Line, Heflin, was arrested by WPSO on an outstanding warrant for cruelty to a juvenile.
Shameka L. Cain, 44, of Murphy St., Cullen, was arrested by Cullen Police for unauthorized use of a debit card.
Corbin R. Tilley, 22, of the 900 block of Kings Corner Rd., Sarepta, was arrested on Lewisville Rd., by MPD as a fugitive from Arkansas Board of Parole.
Dec. 1
Juan J. Bush, 64, of Hwy. 371, Sibley, was arrested by WPSO for hit and run, careless operation, no safety belt, theft, and two counts of simple battery.
Eric D. Bolton, 34, of Sommersby Dr., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for a violation of temporary restraining order.
Clifton Brady Lindsey, 42, of Caraway Lane, Sarepta, was arrested by Springhill Police for possession of methamphetamine.

Collin J. Schultz, 33, of Amos Cutoff Rd., Doyline, was arrested by Doyline police and WPSO on an active warrant from Lake Charles.
Kerry Thomas Bucklin, 46, of the 700 block of Porterville Rd., Sarepta, was arrested by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated, third offense, window tint, suspended license and open container.
Kristin Dawn Holloway, 41, of Cotton Valley, was arrested by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon Alan Ware, 37, of the 300 block of Oak Dr., Springhill, was arrested by WPSO for operating a vehicle with suspended license, no headlamp on motor vehicle, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, possession of methamphetamine and two active warrants.
Crystal D. Gill, 36, of the 400 block of McArthur Loop, Cotton Valley, was arrested by WPSO on three active warrants.
Julie C. Franks, 38, of the 100 block of Melanie Lane, Sibley, was arrested by LSP-G for expired temporary registration, open container and as a fugitive from WPSO.
Danny Ray Teagle, 65, of Kaufman, Texas, was arrested on Evergreen Road in Webster Parish by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated, fourth offense and careless operation of a motor vehicle.
