The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

Dec. 4

Juan Bush, 63, of Sibley, was arrested by the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear warrant.

Dec. 6

Kavion Darnell Hill, 20, of the 800 block of Woods St., Minden, was arrested by MPD at Probation and Parole office on warrants for possession of Sch. V, possession of firearm in presence of a controlled dangerous subject and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Dec. 7

Frazier Maddison Vickers, 30, of the 300 block of South Main St., Sarepta, was arrested by WPSO and Dixie Inn Police on an active warrant.

Dec. 8

Richard Nickerson, 43, of the 300 block of Mosswood Rd. Sarepta, was arrested by Probation and Parole on a probation violation.

Timothy Daniel Marques, 40, of the 1400 block of Lewisville Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court.

Kenyaskey W. Moore, 38, of the 700 block of Peach St., Minden, was arrested on a warrants for failure to appear, resisting an officer and possession of Schedule II.

Shrone David Lee Moore, 28, of the 300 block of Talton St., Minden, was arrested by MPD on four active warrants.

Lawrence D. Miller, 40, of the 700 block of West Church St., Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for battery of a dating partner and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Torrance Ardell Black Jr., 31, of the 2700 block of Old Athens Rd., Homer, was arrested by Minden Police on warrants for theft, forgery and domestic Abuse battery.

Hunter Irvin Stephenson, 20, of the 100 block of N. Mathews, Sarepta, was arrested by Sarepta Police for aggravated burglar, simple criminal damage to property and 5 counts of firearm theft.

LaTonya Thirdgill, 39, of the 700 block of West Church St., Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Abbey Estes, 34, of the 700 block of West Church St., Springhill, was arrested by Springhill Police for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Dec. 9

Kenneth Harvey Gibson, 55, of Shreveport, was arrested by MPD on fugitive warrants from Caddo Parish and Oil City.
