The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.

Dec. 13

Kendrick Dudley, 37, of the 100 block of Kennedy Lane, Minden, was arrested by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated (second offense), no license plate light and driving under suspension.

Cynthia Denise Gibson, 36, of the 7400 block of Gold Meadow, Greenwood, La., was arrested in Webster Parish by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated, open container and possession of marijuana, 2 counts amphetamine salts, klonopin and drug paraphernalia, no headlights and improper lane usage.

Jason Daryl Mathews, 22, of the 300 block of Back Forty Road, Arcadia, was arrested in Webster Parish by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage and window tint.

Cameron Tyler Hay, 30, of the 100 block of Wallace Circle, Minden, was arrested by WPSO on 2 active warrants for distribution of methamphetamine.
