The following arrests were made by local law enforcement agencies. Minden Police Department (MPD), Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office (WPSO), Louisiana State Police (LSP) and others which are named.
Dec. 21
Samone Sanders, 30, of Springhill, was arrested by the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license; no license issued.
Dec. 28
Thomas Parnell, 22, of Dubberly, was arrested by the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with no seatbelt (first offense) and driving while intoxicated (first offense) (BAC .08 to .15) (misdemeanor).
Dec. 29
Mary Woodall, 32, of the 400 block of Webb Court, was arrested by MPD for simple battery of the informed where she reportedly battered her father by shoving him into a Christmas tree. She also had an outstanding bench warrant through City of Minden.
Bobby Leanard Hampton, 60, of the 1300 block of Sheppard St., Minden, was arrested by Dixie Inn Police for disturbing the peace and resisting an officer.
Dec. 31
Christopher Wilson, 47, of the 100 block of Stanley St., Minden, was arrested by Dixie Inn Police for simple battery.
Kili Garod Hawkins, 42, of the 300 block of Gilbert St., Minden, was arrested by MPD for illegal discharge of a weapon and as a felon in possession of a firearm.
Courtney A. Jenkins, 40, of the 1400 block of Webster Ave., Minden, was arrested by MPD for possession of marijuana, crack cocaine a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance, firearm by a felon, flight from an officer, resisting an officer, improper turning, signal required and driving under suspension.
Dekerion Lewis, 37, of the 300 block of Mason Alley, Minden, was arrested by mPD for forgery, injuring of public records, possession of marijuana, no seat belt and as a fugitive from Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Shanice D. Luevano, 32, of the 400 block of SE Railroad Ave., Sibley, was arrested by WPSO for disturbing the peace/public intoxication and 2 counts of resisting with force or violence.
Davontra Kentrell Brewer, 18, of the 2300 block of Rodney Martin Rd., Shongaloo, was arrested by Sarepta Police for a warrant through Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple criminal property damage.
Jan. 2
Jonathan A. Murray, 27, of the 3000 block of Old Arcadia Road, was arrested by WPSO for domestic battery with child endangerment.
Little Milton Lewis, 57, of the 2800 block of Goodwill Rd., Minden, was arrested by LSP-G for driving while intoxicated.
Brenda T. Dance, 70, of the 1300 block of Blue Run Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for cruelty to animals.
