Bossier Sheriff’s detectives recently arrested a Webster Parish man for First Degree Rape of a Victim under 13 years of age. 

Lance Kelly Soles, 41, of Doyline was arrested on February 12 after a lengthy investigation that began in August of 2023. Details about the incident that occurred in 2018 were revealed by the juvenile victim during an interview at the Gingerbread House. The incident occurred at a residence in Haughton after Soles had been released from the Bossier Maximum-Security Facility as a registered sex offender.

Detectives obtained a warrant for the arrest of Soles and he was booked into the Bossier Maximum Facility for one count of First-Degree Rape (Victim under 13) with a bond of $1,000,000.
