Instead of getting a tray full of pork, festival goers will purchase a wristband, then be able to walk around to the different grillers and sample a wide variety of meats.”
In addition to the excitement and camaraderie, Grilling on Main will award over $10,000 in cash prizes to the winners of the BBQ cook off, making it one of the most lucrative competitions in the region.
