What storms are you going through? Are you overwhelmed with the storms of life? Do you feel like you’re the only one going through life’s storms?
Well if your answer is yes, I just want to encourage you and let you know that you’re not the only one and you’re not alone.
~You’re Not Alone~
Jesus is all power and he’s in control. Give what you’re going through to him, because he cares and all he has to do is speak peace, be still and there will be a calming in your mind, heart and soul. Peace, Be Still, even the wind obeys him.
Mark 4:39 “And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” We are either in a storm, coming out a storm or getting ready to go through a storm!
The storms of life will come, but we must keep trusting GOD. There’s an anchor and his name is JESUS! We need to make sure our souls are anchored in the Lord! God is the only one that can speak to the storms in our lives and they will cease. “Peace Be Still” I rather be in a storm with Jesus, than in a storm without him.
As sure as we live on this earth, storms of life will come and go. Look at the life of JESUS from his birth all the way to the Cross on Calvary! We as God’s children have a cross to bear. But even in the midst of the storms of life JESUS will give us joy, peace and love. What do you mean? Well, I’m glad you asked …. Even though I’m in a storm, I have the peace of God, because my FOCUS is on him and not on my storm, yes I’m concerned, but I know this too shall pass. Can I be real? At times I allow distractions to make me lose focus, but thank God for his Holy Spirit, who always puts me back on track!! The enemy uses distractions to make us lose focus! It’s easy to praise him when everything is all good, but can we still praise him when the storms starts raging? Can we still praise him when he says no, not yet? Can we still praise him in the midst of spiritual warfare? Can we still praise him when we don’t feel like it? If we focus on our storms and not our God we will get fearful and sink, but even if we do, JESUS is also our lifeguard and he’s ready to save us from drowning in the storms of life. Our Faith, Trust and Hope should be in Jesus. ~You’re Not Alone~ Can you still encourage and pray for others when you’re in a storm yourself? Prayer: Lord help us to focus on you and not our storms. In Jesus’ Name. Amen Be Encouraged! All Glory Goes To God !
