Rochaun R. Thomas, 57, 600 block Lewis St., Minden; possession of CDS Sch. II (crack cocaine), two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting, traffic offense.

Glenn Holiday, 60, of Minden, was arrested by Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office for peeping tom.
