On August 10, 2024, a white male with grey hair and a goatee, later identified as Michael Baxter, entered Ace Hardware. Baxter walked around the store looking for various items.
Baxter allegedly removed an item from its packaging and threw the packaging onto a shelf. He then placed the item in his pocket. Baxter purchased two items and used his girlfriend’s Ace Rewards account. He is wanted for misdemeanor theft.
