What do you do when you’ve done it all? You sit back and let the world come to you. Now nesting at The Columns of Germantown in Minden, C.C. (Cat) Cox is a world-class photograph collector. He sits back and lets the world come to him – then he makes sure to have someone shoot him with his guest – with a camera, that is.
The “Sheriff” (of The Columns) has pictures of himself with five governors, State and U.S. Senators and Representatives, five sheriffs, parish officials, state officials, dignitaries, friends, family, and plenty of “good ole folks.”
Of course, it’s easier to capture some shots when you’ve been a lawman, mayor, councilman, police juror, city and parish law officer, and probably much more.
Now there’s plenty of wall space left in the 95-year-old public servant’s apartment, so you’re invited to run by for a visit. And to have your and Cat Cox’s photo taken. Saturday he’s usually out and about, but any other day of the week is fine. No appointment required! That’s at 619 Germantown Road in Minden…
