Gregory Benard Kennedy of Monroe, LA is wanted for theft for allegedly pawning a vintage bicycle stolen from south Florida in Minden for $50.

It’s important for readers to know that if a person pawns or sells stolen items at a pawn shop, not only are they liable for the theft but also a second theft for money received from the pawn shop.
