The City of Minden has issued a boil advisory for customers in the 600 and 700 blocks of Elm Street, the 200 block of Homer Road, the 300 and 600 blocks of Gladney Street and all of Goode Avenue. According to Mayor Nick Cox, a contractor struck a six-inch water main.
