Kendrick Oshay Jackson, 49-year-old black male, is wanted for five counts of animal cruelty.
It is alleged that Jackson was evicted from his residence two weeks prior to police being notified of the animals. Jackson allegedly left five dogs chained and caged with no food or water.
Luckily MPD officers along with Minden animal control were able to take possession of the malnourished animals before they succumbed to starvation.
