A six-run explosion in the third inning by the Captain Shreve Lady Gators helped seal an 11-1 win over the North Webster Lady Knights Thursday.

A single by Kerianne Allen put North Webster on the board in the top of the third, but Captain Shreve broke it open by coring six runs on four hits to take the lead.

Big blow in the inning was a three-run home run off the bat of Aubry Townsend.

Allen led the Lady Knights with two hits and one run batted in.
