Don’t Be Weary!
Galatians 6:9
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
We must continue to do good even during difficult seasons of our lives. We must trust God and depend totally on Him to get us through the storms of life.
Don’t rush the process…Trust God and endure it. Don’t get comfortable in a temporary situation. It’s all a part of the growth process!
Here’s something to think about:
Baking a cake involves several key processes, including measuring and combining ingredients, preparing the pan, baking in a preheated oven, and finally, cooling and frosting the cake.
In order for the ingredients to absorb correctly, the oven has to be turned up high to a certain temperature and the cake baked for a certain period of time. Removing the cake from the oven too soon would rush the process of the cake being properly baked.
We are the ingredients in the heated oven, and the storms of life represent the heat in the oven that we go through daily as Christians. The cooling of the cake represents Jesus delivering us from the storms, and the frosting on the cake represents victory!
We shouldn’t get tired of doing what’s right, even if you don’t see immediate results!
During the process, we must have faith in God. It’s impossible to please God without faith. We walk by faith and not by sight.
All storms have an expiration date. God is always on time!! Don’t lose hope or become weary in well doing. In due season, you shall reap if you faint not.
When we think about going through a process, it means to go through a series of events that must be completed before the results.
There has to be a process!
During the process are lessons, growth, experience, testing, rejection, betrayal, trials, etc.
Wow…talk about a process! Are you going through a process?
Sometimes, the process isn’t always pleasant, and it requires faith and trusting in JESUS.
Let me summarize the story of Joseph. He had to go through a process!
He was thrown into the pit because his brothers were jealous of him, then he was sold into Egypt, and he ended up in Potiphar’s house. Because of his integrity,
Potiphar’s wife lied on him and he was put in prison. After coming out of prison, he found favor with pharaoh because he could interpret his dreams.
He ended up being prime minister of Egypt. See Genesis 37-50
We must go through a process to reach the next level God has for us.
In order to go to heaven, we have to be prepared. We must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Prayer: Lord, we thank you for your grace and mercy. Forgive us for our sins. Help us to trust you more and do what’s right. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Be Encouraged!!
Glory to God.
