Rebecca Mosley’s strong pitching performance helped lead the Glenbrook Lady Apaches to a 3-2 defeat of Converse Monday. Mosley went the full seven innings, recording 10 strikeouts while giving up just one hit.

Glenbrook scored in the top of the first inning when Vivian Still singled to right, followed by a Converse error to make it 2-0. The Lady Apaches added their final run in the second on a Colby Hollis RBI ground out.

From there, Mosley out dueled Converse’s Irene D. to secure the win.

Gabi Brown and Chloe Gregg each collected two hits for Glenbrook and Still, Hollis, and Hallie Harmon each had one RBI.
