A 3-1 Glenbrook win over number seven seed Sacred Heart Tuesday has moved the number 10 seed Lady Apaches into the quarterfinal round of the LHSAA Division IV (Select) state softball playoffs.

Glenbrook got all the runs they would need in the top the second inning when Hadley Haynes laid down a sacrifice bunt, and Ellie Earnhardt doubled to produce a 2-0 lead.

Rebecca Mosley got the win for the Lady Apaches. Mosley allowed six hits and one unearned run over seven innings while striking out two and walking three.

Gabi Brown, Colby Hollis, and Chloe Gregg each collected two hits for Glenbrook.

Glenbrook now stands at 25-8 on the season and will be on the road Friday  to take on number two seed Opelousas Catholic.
