The ribbon cutting for The Lucky Pup, formerly GiGi’s, was held April 21. Michelle Lewis, from LaMa Animal Rescue, took over the consignment shop February 1, changing the name to The Lucky Pup. Ten percent of purchases goes to LaMa. Also, monthly cook-out fundraisers will be held at the Lucky Pup where all proceeds will go to the animal rescue.
Monthly crafting classes will be available; schedules for classes can be found on their social media account. They have booths available for vendors and are currently looking for craft classes teachers.
A Piece of Haven Cafe, located inside the Lucky Pup, had its grand opening during the ribbon cutting. They will be serving lunch and sweet treats daily.
