Tavier Rusley, 19 year old black male, is wanted for theft of a motor vehicle.
On April 30, 2025, Rusley allegedly took a car from Goodwill Street and drove it approximately one-quarter mile to his girlfriend’s house.
Rusley allegedly removed the license plate and keys to the vehicle and placed them in his overnight bag at his girlfriend’s house.
