The Minden St. Jude Diamond Open will take place Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15, according to coordinator Jeff Haynes.

The two-day event takes place every summer in memory of Stanton Haynes. This year’s “Diamond Open” will be presented by Town & Country Health & Rehab, located on Weston Street in Minden.

Baseball action will take place at the Minden Recreation Complex at 1001 Recreation Drive off of Industrial Drive. Divisions include 6U, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 and Ozone. For team registration, contact Jeff Haynes at 318-465-1938.

Softball action will take place at Cantrell Fields, 9551 Interport Drive, Shreveport LA 71118 for divisions 6U, 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12. For team registration, go online to shreveportdyb.com.
