Registration is open for the “Louisiana Legends Fest” Show & Shine Car Show, which will take place Saturday, Oc. 18, 2025 in downtown Homer. The cost to sign up is $25. This year’s show will feature multiple awards for multiple classes. Check-in time is 9:30 a.m.

Homer’s historic courthouse square will come alive with classic and vintage vehicles, live music, great food and arts & crafts vendors from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., according to spokesman Tommy Bourn. Registration is also available on-line at www.legendsfest.us.

“American Idol” star Frank Foster of Summerfield will headline the music festival, “so bring your lawn chairs and plan to listen to some quality country music after you tour the car show,” Bourn said.

All of the antique stores in the Homer square will be open during festival hours.

Car owners desiring to mail their registration fee and information can send their $25 and the following information to P. O. Box 83, Homer, LA 71040: Name, address, town, state, zip, email, cell phone, Year, Make and Model of entry/entries; car club name if you are affiliated with a car club.
